33500B Waveform Generators
Keysight Technologies 33500B Waveform Generators provide up to two channels and 20MHz or 30MHz bandwidth. The units generate a full range of signals for demanding measurements and use Trueform signal-generation technology for more capability, fidelity, and flexibility than traditional direct digital synthesis (DDS) generators. The Trueform technology offers an alternative that blends DDS and point-per-point architectures, providing the benefits of both without the limitations of either. These waveform generators produce sine waves with 5x lower harmonic distortion for pure signals and pulses up to 30MHz with 10x less jitter for more precise timing. An intuitive front panel offers built-in LAN (LXI-C), USB, and GPIB interfaces for connectivity. These waveform generators feature up to 250MSa/s sampling rate for higher time resolution arbitrary waveforms.
